Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us prior to sending anything back.

 

Eligibility for Returns

With the exception of the items below, products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • Cut fabrics (unless faulty)

  • Patterns

  • Books

These items are non-returnable unless they are proven to be faulty.

 

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In their original packaging and condition

 

Return Postage

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

  • For faulty items, we will refund the equivalent postage cost of the original transaction only.

  • You must obtain proof of return postage. We cannot process a refund without it.

Fabric Faults

If you have cut into or washed your fabric, even if you later believe it to be faulty, no claim can be made.

Fabric must be returned uncut and unwashed for us to assess and approve a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds typically take approximately 10 days from the date we receive the returned item.
